Our Easy Return Policy
You have 30 days from the item's delivery date to request a return. To be eligible, ensure the item is unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging, alongside the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues
Inspect items on arrival, and if they're defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately for a resolution.
Exceptions
Perishable, custom, or personal care items can't be returned. Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable. If in doubt, inquire about specific items.
Exchanges
For a swift exchange, return the item, then make a new purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, expect a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. If it's been over 15 business days, contact us at shoprosabelle@gmail.com. Your bank or credit card company may also take time to process the refund.
